We offer FREE SHIPPING to Canada on orders $99 and up by Regular Mail which normally takes up to 2-3 weeks depending on your location. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped from our New York warehouse. We ship by DHL from New York to Canada, and then your order is given to Canada Post for final delivery.
We provide tracking information without “signature required” unless requested. If you live in an apartment building please make sure you indicate your Apt number or buzzer code as part of your address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels so please leave instructions for your Canada Post carrier if you are not at home for delivery or if any specific delivery instructions are required.
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so if using FedEx please make sure you have a physical address as your Shipping address.
If an order is not accepted upon delivery and returned to our warehouse, you will not be refunded for any shipping charges and any import fees incurred by us for the returned shipment.
Temperature Sensitive Products
Temperature Sensitive Items – We ship temperature sensitive items with an Ice Pack in a Cool Shield Envelope.
If your cart contains a refrigerated item be advised that Ice Packs will ALWAYS melt during transit, especially during summer months. Ice Packs will only provide a few hours of protection in extreme heat. Temperature sensitive items may normally safely stay UNOPENED and unrefrigerated for a period of time of up to 2 weeks without being affected.
We do not accept returns on or give credit for items (refrigerated or not) that are received warm.
At our discretion we may impose an 8 lb weight limit on free shipments. If your shipment exceeds 8 lbs. and we elect to impose a shipping charge, we will contact you prior to finalization of your order.
International Shipping (outside Canada & U.S.A.)
Spectrum Supplements guarantees that your order will be processed timely and with prompt delivery(*), providing you with a tracking number.
If an order is not accepted upon delivery and returned to our warehouse, you will be charged for any shipping charges incurred by us for the returned shipment.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery. Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location.

Spectrum Supplements does not warrant or guarantee that any shipment leaving the United States will arrive in a timely manner to any country. If a shipment is not allowed into your country for any reason and is returned to us, we will credit you for the products however we cannot credit you for the Shipping & Handling cost as we in turn do not get reimbursed this either.
Fraud is taken very seriously. Anti-fraud measures are in place at multiple levels and at different stages of the transaction with our merchant account partners.
All of our products sold internationally are meant for personal use – up to a 90 day supply of any one product should be purchased.
Customs Fees and Guidelines
(*) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products. We do not encounter problems with Customs when shipping to most countries.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund and may at our discretion reship a replacement order to you.
Return of Merchandise
We will gladly refund you for product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place. The cost of shipping is not included in refunds and product returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Product cannot be returned after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Probiotics or any items requiring refrigeration may not be returned at any time. No exceptions.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as originally purchased or a credit may be posted on account with us toward your next purchase.
